Epilogue

Despite having reached the end of the journey and successfully achieving what he had set out to do, Melkon’s life would not become any less hectic.

With Owynn's help, he first uses his powerful magic to return people from the dead, among them his husband, Sam. After a tearful reunion, Melkon then invites Emiliea to be part of the family, providing a place to stay and a means to continue her work helping those in need.

His business would resume as normal, but behind the scenes Melkon develops a network of information that can be accessed magically, educating and preparing younger, less experienced adventurers for their dangerous missions.

Over the years he works closely with the Divine Warriors, Mordenkainen, and all those he met over the course of the adventure to keep evil at bay, generously using his magic to provide immortality and other powerful boons to those who have proven themselves to be pure of heart.

Centuries pass, and wizards are now learning the very same spells that he personally developed, among them: Melkon’s Image Sending, Melkon’s Improved Clone, and Melkon’s Magical Book of Information.
